ShapeTap - Terms and Conditions (Including Privacy Policy)

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction for data processing) to play ShapeTap. If you are under this age, parental or guardian consent is required.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ShapeTap for personal, non-commercial purposes only, subject to these Terms.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code.
• Use bots, hacks, or unauthorized third-party software.
• Copy or redistribute the Game or its assets.
• Use the Game for illegal or abusive purposes.

ShapeTap may include optional in-app purchases (e.g., ad removal, cosmetic upgrades). All purchases are processed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store and are non-refundable, unless required by applicable law.

You are solely responsible for managing purchases made on your device.

The Game is supported by third-party advertisements, including those provided by Google AdMob and similar platforms.

For EU/EEA Users:

• You will be shown a consent dialog at first launch.
• If you opt in, personalized ads based on your device data and preferences will be shown.
• If you opt out, only non-personalized ads (which do not use your personal data) will be displayed.

The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, nor that the Game will be error-free or meet your expectations.

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use or inability to use the Game.

We may update the Game or these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective once posted or delivered through app updates. Continued use of the Game after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Legal disputes will be resolved in the courts of India.
