The Caardd app securely stores credit card details offline on your device. The App does not store card information online or on any external servers. All data remains encrypted and stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for securing your device and stored data.
- You are responsible for securing your device from unauthorized access.
- We do not store, process, or manage any user data online.
- We are not liable for any unauthorized access due to device compromise.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from device compromise or misuse of the App.
All intellectual property rights in the App belong to the developer. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is prohibited.
You agree to indemnify the developer from claims, damages, or losses resulting from your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by Indian laws, and disputes shall be resolved in Indian courts.
